Any electrical expert know this one can buy on taobao or not har?
Does any experts know if this falls under any of the category of regulated goods? I ask gemini about my light and it says buy this then find an electrician to replace it instead of replacing the entire light. So can follow what gemini says and buy? Need to declare to which agency if it's regulated har?
