How hard to do a Rockland Sri Chinmoy drive up same day?

(Yes I have looked at Google Maps and everything before asking this.)

How bad is it to do a Sri Chinmoy in Rockland State Park (not one in Queens) and drive up the morning of (from Brooklyn)? Seems like you could just leave at 6am and it would be fine, but curious if there’s something I’m missing before I rent a car.
