Growing beyond the limit

Theoretically if we were able to grow the penile tissue past its original biological limit/plateau, be it bypassing ceilings via pharma pe/ heavy hanging etc. would angio/arteriogenesis be necessary? And would neurogenesis be required as well or is tht already present when enlarging the penis? I ask this because obviously growing above 2” seems like it would require more blood supply/ possibly more nerves. I am ignorant to this knowledge and only asking in search of theoretical possibilities. Please keep everything respectful
