Lips/skin no longer getting chapped/dry 7 months in

Might be a stupid question but should I be worried if I’m NOT experiencing these side effects anymore?? This past summer while on accutane my lips were chapped 24/7, eyes red, skin was dry etc. now my eyes don’t bother me at all, my lips aren’t chapped, and my skin isn’t dry. Been on 30mg my entire course, which is a modest dose for me. If I’m no longer experiencing these side effects does that mean the medication isn’t working or what?
