What do Italians Think of Ventimiglia?

I just went on vacation in Liguria and Ventimiglia, and would like to hear what italians from all over Italien thinks of Ventimiglia. I know that most italian would say that the nearby city San Remo, is a rich city or so it was one time. So How do the rest of italy see Ventimiglia?
