Meeting spaces near Penn Station?

I’m arriving at Penn Station on Amtrak next Wednesday, hopefully around 1:47 p.m., and I have a remote meeting at 2 p.m. with a couple of lawyers connected to the alumni association of a school I attended. They’re helping me pro bono with an employment-related issue, so I’d really like to be respectful of their time. My camera will be on, although I can use a Zoom background, but I’m more concerned about finding somewhere reasonably quiet for the call. Assuming the train is on time, is there anywhere in or very close to Penn Station where I could quickly get to for a semi-private, relatively quiet Zoom meeting?
