Coastal realtor recommendations please

Despite all of the negative posts I see, I still want to try to find a place on the coast. I am very aware that coastal knowledge is critical here and I’m hoping a good realtor could help guide me through. I’m hoping to get recommendations for those that truly know the coast not just one area. I fell in love with Yachats 10 years ago and wish I would’ve bought then. It’s still my preferred place. I don’t think I can afford Cannon Beach or Manzanita. I’m open to further south except for oddly, it is the crappy weather that I’m actually looking forward to. I appreciate your honest feedback.
