Which Austin city pools and splash pads are still open this fall, and when

Every fall it's the same question around here. It's still hot, school is back, and most of the city's seasonal pools have already closed for the year, so you're left wondering what's actually open and whether there's anywhere a small kid can splash without a swim lesson.

So here's what I found still open into October: 8 city splash pads, 1 splash pad run by a park conservancy, and 6 city pools. Ten of the fifteen have a splash pad or a wading pool, if a spot to stand-and-splash is what you need. The one thing to circle: the eight city splash pads run free every day through October 31, but starting October 1 they close at 6 p.m. instead of 8.

- Barton Springs Pool: pool, charges entry through the end of October, Barton Springs closes for cleaning on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Deep Eddy Pool: pool, charges entry through the end of October, Deep Eddy is closed every Tuesday

- Colony Park District Pool: pool, free

A few notes baked in above. Pease Park's pad keeps shorter hours than the rest. Colony Park's page just doesn't publish hours past September 30, so I left it as unknown rather than guess.

The rest of the sheet is linked in my first comment. Tell me what's off or missing here, especially any hours that changed on you recently.
