Travel insurance Recs, Genki experiences?

My girlfriend and I are going on a 6 month trip to Japan, Indo, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand in October and we are trying to figure out the best choice for travel insurance. I’ve seen mixed reviews for almost every company so it’s been difficult trying to find the best one. Ideally we want to pay monthly in case we have to cut the trip early.

Right now I’m leaning towards Genki but still open to other options. Any information helps!
