No NOC from employer

I am planning a trip to France and Switzerland this December. I am a doctor working at a Delhi Government hospital on a contractual basis. My contract is renewed every 45 days, and I have been working at the hospital continuously for around 11 months.

My hospital does not issue NOCs to contractual doctors, as NOCs are provided only to regular doctors. How should I handle this situation while applying for a Schengen visa?
