New SC

I’m a brand new SC just started and feeling very overwhelmed. I have a great network offering resources, but I’ve never done anything like this before and it’s really isolating/difficult to learn being remote. My SM and M are very supportive, but I think shit is about to hit the fan bc I have no idea what I’m doing and can’t seem to get anything right without a gazillion reviews - nobody has time for that. I’m a hard worker, but everyday I want to cry because nothing is getting done and I’m not delivering what I know I need to. What do I do?
