Any OneNote experts I can hire to help me create Client Contacts?

Does anyone know any experts I can hire to help me build a template? I have not used OneNote very much and I’m trying to create a notebook for each client with multiple tabs or sections for all of the information we need easy access to. It seems like it shouldn’t be very difficult, but I’m having a very hard time. When I ask copilot it becomes more confusing. Any advice or referrals or freelancers would be helpful.
