Been dailying the G-Wolves HTM Plus 8K for a while, and I think the shape is definitely the main selling point here.
The HTM feels really good for an aggressive claw grip. The rear hump gives you a lot of support without feeling like it gets in the way, and I can get a really locked-in grip on it. For fingertip, though, I really don’t like the shape. It feels pretty awkward and doesn’t give me the same freedom of movement, so I’d definitely consider this more of a claw-oriented shape.
The weight distribution is solid too. It feels balanced in hand and doesn’t have that weird front-heavy or rear-heavy feeling that some larger ergo-ish shapes can have. The overall shell feels pretty rigid with very little flex or creaking.
Clicks feel crisp and have a nice tactile response. The main buttons have a good amount of feedback without feeling overly stiff, and the side buttons are easy to hit without accidentally actuating them.
I’ve mainly been running 1–2K polling and haven’t had any issues with consistency or tracking. The overall experience has been really smooth.
For me, the HTM Plus is a really good option if you’re an aggressive claw user looking for something with a supportive shape. If you’re primarily fingertip, I’d look elsewhere—the shape just doesn’t translate well to that grip.
