Advice on what i should with my house

I single M28 own a 1000sqft home built in 1936 in a small town in oregon. I owe close to 200,000$ (150,00$ morgage and 40,000$ HELOC) and its worth about 400,000$. I work in construction and am planning to travel for work. I have two options. Sell my home and walk away with around 200,000$ thus affording my self a nice new truck and rv to live in while traveling them invest the left over part of my profit. Or option 2 rent my home, mortgage is 1,200$ a month i could rent for maybe 2,100$ or so. I make roughly 12,000$ a year at best. Im not sure if I ever plan on wanting to move back to this town in the future. Then i would use my current truck and buy a smaller less nice rv to live in on the road. This is the only property i own. If I work lots of OT on the road i would bring home roughly 200,000$ a year. Should I keep my home or sell? Im leaning to selling as the house will not be getting any younger. I have done extensive work to the home, all new siding windows doors, almost a full interior remodel. New plumbing, electrical and heating. Thoughts?
