Withdrawal symptoms or come down?

NSFWSpoilerGENERAL INFO/QUESTION.

I tried ice for the first time 4 days ago. I smoked .5g pretty much in one sitting. I didn’t have proper ROA tools and thought my puffco proxy might work so I tried it. Got pretty good clouds but I kinda felt like it wasn’t working and I thought I was wasting it. So I just kept packin till it was all gone. I stayed up around 35-40 hours pretty fucked. I’m still having mouth stims as I’m writing this. Definitely better than yesterday and the days before but still happening. My whole body also feels horrible. I’ve done plenty of other things with harsh come downs but this feels way different. I know what it’s like to have cravings and get physical symptoms because of it (been a user for 7 years with just recently getting sober for a 5 month stint before I relapsed about 5 months ago) just for clarity no, I didn’t relapse by trying this shit for the first time. I relapsed and slipped into a bad spiral bender leading me here. Point I’m trying to make is I’ve gone through opioid, benzo, weed, and even addy withdrawals and none of them felt like this. Also that’s not all I’ve tried drug wise, just what I personally feel I’ve had withdrawal symptoms for. I know what it’s like to feel like shit from a come down and I know what it’s like to feel like shit because of withdrawal. I genuinely feel like the one sitting of half a g was enough to form a serious bodily dependence. I’m not sure though that’s why I’m asking. Is the come down this harsh or is it possible to develop a dependency after once sesh?

For more clarity my head is pounding on and off, my whole body especially my legs are aching really bad. Not to mention the inside of my cheeks are burning from constant jaw clenching and mouth twitching along with lip licking. My feet also oddly feel like pins and needles when I stand on my feet too long. I say too long but really it just takes 10-20 mins of standing and they start to hurt. I feel exhausted physically and mentally like that shit took everything good out of me. I’m gonna be honest, yes the thought of “just get more and you’ll feel better” came through my head but I know that trap, I understand that cycle all too well. Does anyone have any tips as to what I can do to feel any better? Also how long should I expect to feel like this?
