How hard is it for couriers to find the right apartment in gated communities?

Hey everyone! I'm a developer working on a tool to solve this exact nightmare.

Curious delivery drivers, how much time do you usually waste trying to find the right building or apartment to drop off an order? And in general, what kind of routing and navigation issues do you face in places like that?

If you have a few minutes, I’d love to do a quick 7–10 minute chat to ask you a few questions about your pain points delivering to gated communities or confusing apartment complexes.

Let me know if you're open to it! Thanks!
