DP: Unable to get an increase on SUB for the Chase Freedom Flex for their $250 bonus

DP: I applied on 9/21(!) at around 7:30PST, when only a few hours later Chase announced an increase on their SUB from $200 to $250.

I sent a secured message on 9/23, as well as an escalation case, in which both denied me from getting an increase of the $50.

I tried calling again today on 9/25 where the representative stated that they did not have access to give me additional points, unlike for those who applied for the Chase Sapphire Preferred's 75k bonus ~30 days prior to changing it to 100k.

Pretty upsetting seeing that they couldn't match it even for me when I applied for it on the same day.
