Helix Floor sends MIDI CC when changing preset?

My main uses a Friedman IR-X in the FX—Loop which I control via MIDI CC through Snapshots. When I select this patch the Helix sends CC1 for a very short time and then switches to CC0 when the patch is loaded. The snapshot that is saved as Start should send CC0… whats wrong ?
