Where we’re headed: A vision for our future

Reddit shut down public chat channels in November 2025 — so the real-time, back-and-forth conversations we used to have here don't have a home on this platform anymore. Instead of trying to force live discussion into a format Reddit no longer supports, we're doubling down on what each space does best:

🧵 r/AnarchyChaosDC stays the front door. Posts, threads, discussions that can breathe over hours or days — politics, news, music, unusual topics, confessions. This is where new people find us and where longer-form conversation lives.

💬 Our Discord server is where it gets real-time. If you want to actually talk — debate the news as it breaks, share music live, vibe with people who get it — that's what the Discord is for. It's more casual, faster-moving, and honestly just more fun for that kind of back-and-forth.

📈 The goal from here: grow both, together. The subreddit brings in new voices and keeps the discussion searchable and public. The Discord turns that into an actual community — people who know each other, not just usernames. We want more people discovering the sub, and the most engaged of them finding their way into the server.

Bottom line: read and post here. Talk and hang out there. Two spaces, one community.
