Why are Indians applying for jobs abroad when they’ve not even studied in that country?

Random thing I noticed, almost every job posting on linkedin in fields like consulting, marketing, management etc have tons of applicants from India.
These are entry level roles, it’s clear that no one would sponsor for a beginner role, and these people have also not studied in that country. For eg: I saw a marketing role in London with tons of people from indian colleges applying….just wanted to know the rationale behind it. From my perspective it’s just making the applicant pool so saturated that deserving candidates that are in that country don’t get a chance to have their cv properly evaluated. If someone has 4-5 years of experience then it’s understandable but why for these entry level roles.
