Looking for a young lady 21 to 24, for a serious(ish) relationship.

I have a type as do most men, i love a nice big ass, light skinned, not fat, small waist, this criteria is rare in ladies above 23 in my experience hence my age preference.

Intelligence and good grammar is a plus, so if you're in university then that will give you extra points.

I'm willing to do the things that people do in a relationship, dinner drinks, travel etc tc, sex isn't an immediate priority, I'm open to establishing a connection.
