Corrupt Shop Steward

In my station, I have the chairmen who believe their the boss and doesn’t represent us fairly and equality. It’s a small station, they have their favorites and constantly throwing our members underneath the bus. Those who been with the company for many years leave because it’s such a headache. Most of the members are young and just go along with it. I’m reaching out for help how to have a change of leadership.
