How much is too much contact after an interview?

I recently had an interview with a hiring manager, recently, as in yesterday. I sent a standard "thank you for this opportunity, I enjoyed connecting, looking forward to next steps" follow-up email. Then when I was looking at my notes I realized there was something specific I had made a note to share with the hiring manager in my follow-up but I forgot to put it in. She asked me a question about how I plan campaigns and I didn't do a great job explaining it (nervous) but it's actually something I've spent a lot of time developing. I've even written LinkedIn posts and created a little PDF guide about it. I wanted to share that with her in the follow-up.

So my questions are:

Would it be too much to send another email with this content? If so, should I wait for her reply first?

Does it look desperate or enthusiastic to follow-up in general?
