Hard paywall vs Freemium?

We have been building Monk Zone (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/monk-zone-stop-brainrot/id6746436910), an app which unlocks apps only if you do habits.
Currently started with Freemium (with some limits). Would love to know feedback on whether this should be tried with hard paywall.
Will share my learnings on freemium in a week in this thread.
In the meanwhile, do share your learnings on Hard paywall vs freemium.
