Amazing how people can cause you so much damage and pretend it never happened

Amazing how they can just continue about their own life with no consequence to how deeply damaging they were to you. Amazing how they can pretend you never existed. Amazing how some people don’t seem to have a conscience. It’s sad really. When you look deep down you realise they were just in it for themselves. Convenience mattered and when it wasn’t convenient anymore, they walked away.
