Band hasn't stopped despite nimajjanam time is over

I put a post previously and reddit thought I'm inciting something and deleted it, where I was just ranting my heart out. Anyways, it's already past nimajjanam time and yet people are out on my street, banging dj and sounds since 9pm, till now. I called 112 and they just hung up. Is hyd really full of jobless people? These people who put up pandal have caused inconvenience to our building every single day!!! Now they wanna drink and make a nuisance at 1am?????
