Looking for full time job

Hi there,

I am looking for a full time job in Springfield. I have multiple years of manufacturing and warehouse experience, including technical work with control systems, but am looking to transition into office or similar type of work as I don't feel what I've been doing is the best fit for me long term.

I am looking for something that pays 17+ or higher ideally, and something that has potential for upward growth over time.

I'd like to find a place to work that has a set, guaranteed schedule with minimal mandatory overtime or weekends required. The reason I left my past job was due to getting put on a different shift each week/running 12-16 hour shifts every day.

I am probably looking for a needle in a haystack but if someone has a lead, I would greatly appreciate it. I am dependable hard worker and always try to put my best into whatever it is that I do. Thank you.
