Bronx Zoo Working Advantage discount

I was planning to buy tickets but flex pricing is wild af. Has anyone purchased tickets through working advantage? How does it work (is it a discount code like AMC or an actual ticket)? Would the zoo recognize it? Is it a general admission ticket that includes all the attractions? What do I need to know?
