How do I have fun again?

Misc

Not sure if anyone else relates to this or if it's just something I need to work through, but I really struggle to relax and just have fun anymore, even on casual league nights. I average about 210, and I bowl on both "serious" leagues like scratch or sport as well as casual ones with friends. The problem is I hold myself to too high of a (undeserved) standard and often can't let go. Missing a single pin, hitting a rough patch of bad carry, etc frustrates me way too much for the situation, and I know I make an ass of myself sometimes. I made a 7-10 a few weeks ago and walked back pissed off that I threw a bad first shot and left it to begin with, meanwhile everyone else is in stunned shock that I converted.

The answer might just be "get over yourself", but anyone else have experience with this?
