Has anyone felt dizziness from ear problem?

I been dealing with left side dizziness unsteady balance whenever I look on my left side and I noticed my neck and shoulder area feels tight and it also causes weird sensation and spasms in the head and spine. I don't really know the science behind all of it but it's like tmj, neck, ear all this issues creates weird sythoms.

I went to the clinic two weeks ago and they said I had severe earwax impacted they tried to clean but it was stubborn so they ended up sending me home with some earwax liquid and muscle spasm relaxer. But yes I did felt like my brain fog sythoms and dizziness went down when they tried to clean at the clinic.
