SUBLIMINALS works the total opposite

So I've been listening to A LOT of subliminals and I mostly listen to sp and love related ones and i swear I really try to do it correctly, if not please tell me so that I can correct myself. Yeah so as I listen to them they turn out the polar opposite of what I want, I want my crush to text me and he ignores me all the way and one time i listened to a sub related to studies and i procrastinated the whole day and abt the sp ones they fucking turn out the opposite all the time so please tell me how I can correct things so it actually works, you guys can suggest me some creators or specific videos or give advice on this and please reach out if this has also happened to you.
