O-line personnel decisions going post Eagles playoff loss are baffling

— Jan 2025 playoff loss to the Eagles — Jenkins gets hurt, Travis Glover comes in and commits a bunch of penalties. Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis are wrecking everything on the interior.

— subsequent offseason, packers overpay Aaron Banks and overdraft Anthony Belton, 2 avg/mediocre players with one other thing in common — they are huge. This is clearly a poorly conceived over reaction to the playoff loss. The Banks signing was not just something that just aged poorly. It was heavily criticized at the time

—as a result of the Banks signing, they move Jenkins to C. That move doesn’t go that well. He’s cut after the season instead of moving him back LG because FO wants to save face on the Banks signing.

—fail to resign Rasheed walker, even after his market collapses. I understand he’s a below avg starter, but he’s now the starting LT on a team that’s put up 30+ pts in the first 2 weeks. No way he’s not better than J Morgan

MLF should be fired but Gutekunst also needs to be held accountable for this series of horrible decisions.
