Need Help!!! Regarding My Worst Purchase Ever

So I've brought this laptop (2nd Hand) and it used to lag (still lags) often and had issue with the drivers (Bluetooth and Wifi) considering that I went to the owner asking for help and understanding the problem.

He says the Harddisk was corrupted and replaced it with his it's been 4 months since but the issue never seems to go away idk what's the problem with this thing..but suddenly 2 days back it was in my mind to reset but seems like I can't even reset it rn...and I get weird updates which I've never seen (I have the screenshots)

Please Help because it's not my money it was gifted to me by my Parents and I don't want to see that hardwork to fade away.
