how imp is it to do uworld in between nbmes

i plan to sit for the exam in 3 weeks. done with nbme 31 with 76%. Ive heard the actual exam is more like uworld qs stem. im worried i should be doing uworld practise. i havnt done uworld in a long time now. i just do FA and mehlman between nbmes but not uworld.
