SSA Website Won't Submit My Form

I've tried two times now to complete and upload the Adult Function Report through the website. Several hours to complete both times, but when I hit submit, it just hangs on the screen and doesn't let me do anything. I try to download a PDF version of my form and it gives me an error and a blank page. I don't know what to do, I'm meant to have this sent in just a couple of days and the SS office here is closed over the weekend. What can I do? Is this happening to anyone else?
