Wulbren quest not updating

I’ve just freed them all from Moonrise and the Tiefling quest has updated just fine, but when I try to speak to Wulbren in the Last Light he just gives me a single line of dialogue with no option for me to respond, and the quest doesn’t update.

I’ve already had my fair share of quest bugs (had to abandon a whole run near the end of Act III because I couldn’t get to Orin </3), so I’d like to know how to fix it sooner rather than later!!

I’ve heard that he’s an ungrateful bugger but I’d like the quest to update at the very least 😔 thanks!
