Bought the headphones 1 and the volume is low(?)

I just bought the Headphones 1 and while trying them, I noticed that the sound feels kind of low (Android device by the way) It’s weird because I own a pair of Sony headphones and compared to them there’s a huge difference in sound level

Am I supposed to configure them? Or they are low headphones because that’s making me question if I’ll need to return them
