Is this SA? Asking for a friend.

Been deing with a situation for a friend, and her partner said yes and actively ask to keep going to an activity they were doing but later on told her that she (they’re lesbians) felt uncomfortable doing it.

my friend from what i know had told me that they struggle a lot with reading body language fully due to neurodivergence which is why they ask to for her partner to use safe words and other system established but her partner ended up never using it so it lead to this

i want to know if this is SA or not? my friend is unsure too because she doesn’t want to diminish her partner trauma but she also felt that she couldn’t have a way to know. my friend said that her partner might have fawn as a response due to past SA history but now it makes my friend feels stuck cause she’s unsure if she actually SA her or not
