Beat myself up over being positive. Gotten my results and now I’m confused. But still sad obviously 🤕

I was verbally told by medical staff that I am HSV-1 positive. I got my results and now I’m more confused. What does this mean? This is exactly what says:

HSV 1 IGG, TYPE SPECIFIC AB
HSV 2 IGG, TYPE SPECIFIC AB

<0.90. Negative
0.90 - 1.09 Equivocal
> 1.09 Positive

I really don’t know what any of it means but I’m sure I’m still positive and it’s truly hard to accept.
