Medical VAs, how long have you been with your current client? What are your tasks and current rate?

Curious lang haha. Just turned 3 years kay client. Mixed role 💜. $7/hr Mon to Fri (8h/day) unless may OT during scribing. No toxic colleagues pati na rin sa management. Meron lang one-time annual bonus si client plus paid leaves and federal holidays.

Not sure if which niche ang okay mag upskill and hesitating din to start. Ewan ko ba parang pagod na pagod ako everyday tho okay naman workload and work-life balance dito.

I think I'll stay as a VA for as long as makaya nung katawan ko. WFH plus it pays the bills. 😭
