How many sauna sessions did it take before you noticed anything outside the sauna?
Sauna always feels productive while you’re sitting in it. You sweat, your heart rate climbs, you leave relaxed and it’s easy to assume something important happened.
But what actually changed after you made it a consistent habit?
Did your sleep improve? Did soreness clear faster? Did your resting heart rate or blood pressure move? Did you simply get better at tolerating heat? And how many sessions per week did it take before you noticed anything beyond feeling good afterward?
I’m especially interested in people who tracked something instead of relying entirely on the post-sauna glow. What benefit held up over time, and what claim sounded better online than it felt in real life?
