I feel a bit disappointed on characters’ motivations

SPOILERS

So far, I like the 13th season. But I’m concerned about the characters’ changes. I think it’s because of back scripting. I’m going to mention only Addie and Tate because I’m a sucker for the first season.

Addie

She died and went to heaven where she’s “a pretty girl at last. She’s grateful that Constance didn’t drag her to the murder house. She’s scared of Tate now that she knows what he did”.
I don’t understand why she’s serving to Satan (mr nas). I don’t understand why she’s in this kind of limbo when she has nothing to do with the murder house (she didn’t die there) and she’s not a maniac/murderer or whatever.
She’s a good person, nothing like Constance or Tate.
I think she wouldn’t support Constance on this.

Tate

I like Tate’s character because he’s a scapegoat in his family. He sees right through Constance. Since she’s deeply narcissistic, she did everything to let down her kids and never get credit for it. In new episodes, she says to Ben, “I’m an avoidant parent”. Um… no? You’re an abusive, lying, and neglecting parent. She locked Addie in the room with mirrors, like come on. She killed their father who provided, ruined Larry’s marriage (she did because she wanted to get back to the house. I know that it was mostly Larry’s fault, but we don’t care about him rn), and she asked to kill Beau. Mother of the year.
Tate saw everything with his own eyes. I even understand why he snapped. It was on the first season (honestly, I rewatch it several times in a year, and the script is a damn masterpiece. It’s like classic). Tate was sitting at the table, saying about Larry’s family and Beau, but everyone was so chill (typical narcissistic family), and he just snapped (that’s why I don’t like the idea “the house made him do it”. No. His f***ed-up mom drove him to it (plus substance abuse and maybe other factors).
AND NOW HE LETS HER KISS HIM. Excuse me?
If what Tate has to be against Constance, 100%. Do anything to ruin her plans (basically, that’s what he already did in the first season). Destroyed lives of lying hypocrites).

Don’t downvote my ass too hard <3
