My first FET failed

Advice Needed!

TW: living child

I have a son who was conceived without assistance and born in 2022. We started trying again in 2024 and have had 3 missed miscarriages - 1 for sure a chromosomal issue and 1 most likely chromosomal as well. We turned to IVF for PGT.

We’ve had lots of the testing that is recommended done. My AMH is 0.9, my husband does not have any issues with sperm analysis or sperm dna fragmentation etc. I did have endometritis treated back in 2025.

We had to do 3 egg retrievals - the first had zero blasts, the second had 1 after PGT testing and the last had 3 euploids and 1 mosaic.

Prior to my FET I had another hysteroscopy and there were no signs of endometritis again, my saline ultrasound was clear and all was well. My thyroid is also being medicated for hypothyroidism and that has been monitored and been okay.

I did a modified natural because I have HELLP syndrome with my son, so baby aspirin, trigger shot, and vaginal progesterone and PIO.

My initial beta today was completely negative, <1. I’m so devastated. We tried our girl embryo because we have a boy and it was the best graded embryo. The rest are boys.

I also found out my doctor is on maternity leave now and I have to transfer to another doctor. Thankfully I will have the same nurses. But I also can’t get in for a consult until a month from now so I don’t know if that will prevent moving forward before then?

Is there anything to consider with the next FET? Or do you just keep everything the same?
