Jlab Work Headset... Need USB dongle

there's gotta be some sort of workaround...

I have sent a few messages to Jlaba directly without any luck...

I tried to connect the Bluetooth but in a call center environment the connection is too sporadic..

any tips or tricks??

I got this off an auction site so I'm kind of stuck with it just for Bluetooth headphones but really want it to work as a wireless headset on a windows computer.
