How to fix mouse scroll wheel?

HP wireless mouse 250. The scroll sheel looks dislocated and leaning towards one side. I cant scroll with it but i can click the middle button. There are no screws or anything on it. I opened up the left mouse click a bit and theres like a little hole thats next to the wheel. Should i get it looked at
