Looking for a semi-furnished 2BHK around 5-6KM from Koramangala | Budget: Under ₹30k | Max 3–4 months deposit | 3 working bachelors

My friends and I are looking to rent a semi-furnished 2BHK flat starting by Oct 31st/Nov 1st.

# Our requirements:

**- Flat Req:** 2BHK (semi-furnished with basic wardrobes, modular kitchen, and geysers preferred)

**- Budget:** Up to ₹20,000 / month (excluding maintenance)

**- Deposit:** Around or less 3 months’ rent (<90k) (strictly avoiding 8–10 month lock-ins)

**- Tenants:** 3 bachelor males working full-time in the biotech industry (quiet, non-intrusive, and prompt with rent/bills)

**- Preferred Amenities:** Dedicated two-wheeler/car parking, reliable water supply, and power backup

We keep things tidy, maintain a low profile, and respect society rules. Open to gated communities, standalone buildings.
