Is S'x the Most Overrated Thing?

So I am in my early 20s and I fee sex is the most overrated thing. I have had sex for couple of times - and yes it felt good no denial in that. But how good? everywhere i see that people have made sex as the peak pleasure and peak dopamine thing but I don't think same - I mean I am a businessman and receiving big payments from clients feels more satisfying and more dopamine then licking someone's body - i don't know if people agree or not - yess sex is good but how good? would you spend 25% of your monthly income on 1 night just for having good sex? no right? - sex should be seen as making love to your partner - that thought is good...very good - when you are not performing - but you are making love to your partner and exploring bodies and stuff like that - but the way people have hyped sex like there's no peak happiness thing to do then sex i don't understand that. why do i feel like this? is this normal? this thought also depends like with whom i am having sex? how hot the girl is....is thing depend on that. as well? please share your thoughts on this...
