HELP! Broken Q key on Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9, can't turn off quiet mode!

Hey guys, I'm on my Lenovo LOQ laptop and my Q key randomly activated while I pressed the Fn key, and now it's on Quiet Mode and my Q key won't work anymore. Keyboard remappers did nothing... Is there any way to turn it off again without this key? Anything's appreciated. Thanks
