Please help me figure out the cost of my upcoming ultrasound

I’m quite new to the healthcare system in the US (just moved here a few years ago) and feel overwhelmed figuring out costs of services. I’ve had heavy bleeding for two weeks now and my obgyn prescribed an ultrasound in a week or two to check for fibroids (she said they’ll put a device in and do the ultrasound). I checked the price of this for in-network providers nearby and it shows $507 and i’m really disheartened and scared. My deductible is $3500 and i’ve not spent any of it this year.

Do i have any other options? Is this really the cost I’ll have to pay? I’m thinking to tell my doctor i cannot afford it if it is.
