Airwallex deliberatly obscuring flee plan Xero reconcilliation data?

I moved my business accounts onto Airwallex a few months ago, the functionality is okay and there are some definate conveniences compared to tradbanks. However one thing that has annoyed me from the start is the absolute garbage metadata that gets pushed into your Xero on the free account. There is literally zero way, just looking at the data, especially for bulk transactions to determine what the transaction is. It's hidden behind GUIDs and other random characters that only make sense to Airwallex.

I raised this with my account manager but got crickets, so it's at the point where I start thinking I need to go through the pain of either moving my bank accounts again or use the API to get the data out myself. Then I happened to look through their paid 100 per month tier and lo and behold, easy Xero reconcilliation! Well I'll be damned, they charge 100 per month to provide something tradbanks do for free???

To be honest this feels like something that should be put through AFCA as its shady as you know what.
